1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial enrollment or purchase date. This timeframe begins from the date of payment confirmation, not the course start date.

To qualify for a full refund, you must have completed less than 25% of the course material or accessed fewer than 3 modules of the program content. Course progress is tracked automatically through our learning management system.

Refunds are not available for courses where certificates have already been issued or for programs completed beyond the 25% threshold.

Important Notice

Promotional pricing, scholarship recipients, and corporate group enrollments may have modified refund terms. Please review your enrollment agreement for specific conditions.

5 Partial Refunds and Credits

Students who have completed 25-50% of course material may be eligible for partial refunds calculated at 50% of the original tuition cost, minus any administrative fees.

Course credits valid for 12 months may be offered as an alternative to monetary refunds. Credits can be applied toward future courses or transferred to different program tracks within our curriculum.

Withdrawal after 50% course completion typically results in no monetary refund, though course credits may still be available at administrative discretion.
